ATTENDEE : Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Admission to Expo: $10 adults ,$5 for children under 12. Fitness seminars $10 per class, discounts available for more than 2 classes includes admission to Expo area. Business Media Center with vendors and licensed medical professionals demonstrating and lecturing on new methods, new advance technology on non-cosmetic surgery, supplements and more. Attendee will also see new health food products beverages, protein drinks, sport fashion trends, newest methods and workshops. Trainers will demonstrate method of training for all body types. Register early by email at aeventmanagement@aol. All day pass available for unlimited classes for $45.00. Raffles and discounts by selected vendors. On October 9, 2011. Start to a new and healthier way of life.

 

EXHIBITOR: Report to separate entrance . Set up arrival 7:30 AM. Break down 6:00 PM. Specify number of representatives at table summit number of representatives at table. Submit all names in application. Exhibit is open to health food/beverage products, supplements, skincare, green products, sportswear, cosmetics, Doctors’ surgical procedures & health Insurance Companies. Massage therapists please bring your own privacy screens. See promotion packages, sponsorship levels basic advertising, see price list on application. Business media room for demonstration and lectures at additional charge. Exhibitors will receive reduced tickets for food& beverage and can participate in any Fitness workshop classes for free. Each vendor can have table raffle, attendee will get ticket at entrance.

 

FITNESS WORKSHOP: Certified fitness instructors must submit a copy of certification with application. No charge for instructors, Instructors receive 60% addition collected at the door, package passes $4 per person off day pass. Classes are 50 min. long. Instructor must end on time and send attendants (downstairs) to Business Media center for further discussion. Instructors should consider raffling one or more free training classes. All trainers will be offered to advertise at an additional cost. Check off on application.

 

BUSINESS MEDIA CENTER: On lower levels for any business or medical licensed professionals, who must submit proof of license with application Vendor from main floor may use room for demonstration or lecture time frame 45-50 min. There will be an area outside the room for further discussion other advertising options on application. Space is very limited pre registration ends September 17,2011
